Our ongoing work together

After we get to know each other, we can continue to meet as frequently as you need to continue therapy.

My rates are offered under a tiered model:

• Higher/generous tier: $175 for 60 minute sessions. You might fit here if

  • You have access to extended benefits and have ability to pay when they run out

  • Have expendable income, are financially thriving, and/or work by choice

  • This tier directly supports subsidized care for others paying less than the middle tier

• Middle/standard tier: $155 for 60 minute sessions. You might fit here if

  • You are financially stable

  • Have some expendable income, have some extended benefits, and/or can achieve basic needs with little to no sacrifice

• Lower/sliding scale tier: $130 and under for 60 minute sessions. You might fit here if

  • You're frequently stressed about and struggle to achieve your basic needs

  • Have limitations around ability/access to work or cannot take time off work without financial burden (including being a student)

  • Pricing under $130 is case-by-case. We can always talk more about this if you're current rate does not fit your financial situation.

  • This tier is not offered as a discount, it's a structure designed to make services accessible for those who need it. This structure works when principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability are honoured.
