Counselling Services
How to get started
Please note: at this time I am only accepting new clients who have been referred from Anna Granuzzo Silverman.
If you’re not connecting with me through Anna but are still interested in my services, please let me know and I can add you to my waitlist.
Step 1: Free 20 min consultation
Curious about starting therapy with me? We can chat for 20 minutes about what you are looking to explore or unpack as well as anything important that you need during our time together. Ask me any questions you have about the process. We can talk about any concerns you may have or anything that excites you about getting started.
I offer individual, online and in-person counselling sessions. I am no longer accepting clients for Wednesdays at Mount Pleasant.
Tuesdays: online
Wednesdays: in-person at 175 E Broadway, Unit 208, Vancouver. (Mount Pleasant)
Thursdays: online or in-person at 1504 Duranleau Street, suite 205, Vancouver. (Granville Island)
Fridays: online or in-person at 1504 Duranleau Street, suite 205, Vancouver. (Granville Island)
Saturdays: online
Step 2: 3-session welcome package
Therapy is an emotional and financial investment. It is important that we both have some time to get to know each other and get into the flow of the process to ensure our relationship is set up for your success. By the end of our first 3 sessions, I hope there are feelings of trust, hopefulness, and I hope you have already begun to learn new things about yourself.
3 session package - $300
Step 3: our ongoing work together
After we get to know each other, we can continue to meet as frequently as you need to continue therapy.
My rates are as follows:
60 minute sessions - $165
30 minute check-in sessions - $82.50
90 minute sessions - $247.50 (ideal for EMDR sessions)
120 minute sessions - $330
Please note!
Sliding scale options are available. If finance is a barrier for you accessing services, please send me a message.
For insurance coverage, I offer direct billing to some insurance companies. Please first check with your provider to see if Registered Social Worker (RSW) services are covered.
I am in the process of being able to offer CVAP coverage.
